Opis
to install using modloader, put the models folder in modloader folder, then rename a skin's dff and txd to that of a ped/player ingame (e.g. to set osaka as player model, rename the osaka.dff and txd to player.dff and txd)
otherwise, you can use imgtool or txdworkshop to manually replace each character ingame.
original models from https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3170494434
note that if you try to place these models for CSplay.dff/txd, or for other cutscene characters, they will only appear properly in a few cutscenes, in every other cutscene the models will appear completely deformed
contains skins for numerous ingame peds and all player clothes
