VC EXE Stream Memory
This mod increases the limits of gta vice city without use the open limit adjuster, The open limit adjuster generate certain incompatibilities with vice city

#PC LOW
Before: 45MB RAM
After : 512MB RAM
#PC HIGH
Before: 45MB RAM
After : 2048MB RAM

I have set that to 255MB stream memory

But still I have that problem...

Didn't worked. I was creating new road tetures but still the textures I created are blurry. Mission Failed!
