Opis
Neon Buildings From Vice Cry from hankbig(evpat), ported by me for GTA Vice City on Android and IOS. This mod will add neon on buildings from Vice Cry.
Original for PC version: https://libertycity.ru/files/gta-vice-city/157482-vice-cry-neons.html
Installation:
• Unzip the zip archive;
• Import models into gta3.img using the GTA Img Tool application;
• Add textures to gta3hi.txt using the TXD Tool application;
• Move the data folder to Android/data/com.rockstargames.gtavc/files and install.

Are the neons properly aligned with the buildings? Because I previously used an other neons mod for mobile from a different author and neons are all over the place in that mod (not even properly aligning with the buildings).
So is this mod accurate? Because I was very disappointed with that other neons mod!
