Opis
The EMD GT46PAC or WDP-4 is a passenger-hauling diesel-electric locomotive with AC electric transmission designed by General Motors
Electro-Motive Division and built by both GM-EMD and under license by Diesel Locomotive Works (DLW) of Varanasi, India for Indian Railways
as their classes WDP-4, WDP-4B and WDP-4D.
If Any one able to make this file glow like other file then make. i tried in Zmodeler 2. and in 3ds max studio. but fail.
Few changes made in vertices then glow like lights. no idea how to do that any suggestion let me know from your experience.
DFF:- this whole file was build by Riba.
TXD:- txd file was also build by riba.

There're a problem with a rear bogie in the game if you adapt bogies to the script "Animtrain". A rear bogie (dummy) repeats a front bogie (detail) and looks like it.
The front and rear bogies are different in your mod. So you can make rotated wheels only.

Bro, I tried to do that but wheels disappeared. Just like hanging in air. If you able to do that than please do it.

@agdata6 yeh Bro it higher the coaches because axel and wheel are made bigger then as usual so geometrically higher then the coaches. It can be made some changes in wheel than it will be ok. But it cause unfit in looks. I made this According to internet. after convert its higher the coaches. And thanks u to like it. For lights i tried in 3ds max kam script but i failed. Because I don't know much about head lights and 2dfxs.

The mod is absolutely superb and nicely detailed. But looks so bigger compared to the ICF coaches attached to it and proper light required. If you are able to make it little smaller overall dimensions will be mindblowing.
Also waiting for WDP4D, the best one.
If you can, you can also convert some railworks and msts mod for GTA SA. They have nicely textured and good number of mods.

@SergeDV dude this is my second mods which i complete build after wdp 3. And i have tried to not attaches the bogies and wheels but dude to build in several software to correct.
Such as
Wheels and springs were build in 3ds max.
The cabin and body were build in Zmodeler 2. And again some recorrect needed was done in blender 2.78. all assamble in Zmodeler. And in saving of different formet like .3ds and .zrd and .dff make displace all assamble.
That so it attaches all parts in 1 body and found convinent its work.
By the way thanks for suggestion. I'll try my later works.
