Use run setElementData(getPedOccupiedVehicle(getRandomPlayer()), "vehicle:upgrades", {turbo=true, als=true}) (Press F8 Console Only MTA)
Required :
You Need Install Multi Theft Auto San Andreas
Go To MTA Folder And Drag Folder resource
Go Folder [gameplay]
Now You Dragged File
Launch MTA
Go To Host Game Or Map Editor
Use F8 Or Require ACL.Xml
