GTA SA Ultra Low-End Timecyc

A heavily optimized and stripped-down timecyc.dat made for extremely low-end PCs, especially old netbooks and systems using Intel Atom processors and Intel GMA graphics.

This modification simplifies the game's timecycle and weather lighting data to reduce unnecessary visual effects and rendering workload. It is designed with very weak hardware in mind, where every bit of performance matters.

This mod is not intended to preserve the original visual quality.

The far-clip distance and other visual settings are intentionally aggressive. Distant objects and scenery may disappear much sooner, lighting/weather variation is heavily reduced, and the game can look noticeably simpler than the original.

The goal is simple:

Installation
Download the timecyc.dat included in this mod.
Open your GTA San Andreas game directory.
Open the data folder.
Back up your original timecyc.dat.
Replace the original file with the optimized one.
Start GTA San Andreas and enjoy a much lighter timecycle configuration.
Tested On
Designed around extremely low-end hardware such as an Intel Atom N270 + Intel GMA 945 netbook.

Performance improvements can vary depending on your hardware, game version and other installed modifications.
