Opis
Instead of the default American safehouses on Verona and Santa Maria beaches, you'll have Russian 3-room apartments like in 1970s' panel buildings.
When installing the mod, do not forget to rebuild gta_int.img, otherwise you fall into the Blue Hell when entering the modded location.

Maybe you installed the mod with the wrong way. Possible solutions:
1. This mod was tested only on vanilla GTA SA map. If your gta.dat is changed by minor map mods, you can try manually adding this line: IDE DATA\MAPS\LA\oct54.ide
2. This mod requires importing the content to gta_int.img, and not to gta3.img. The archive MUST be rebuilt, otherwise the safehouse interiors on Verona and Santa Maria beaches won't be collidable.
3. Third-party content in minor map mods you installed before may have additional .col files that might exceed the limits. You can import the mod's .col files into existing ones via COLLEditor.
