A quick mod I made that recreates the rain droplets on screen like in VC.
You can make your own textures and replace them in the txd.
1.1:
Droplets don't show when it's rainy and there's a building over CJ.
Droplets start off with little quantity then increase as rain weather stays.
Better droplet motion.
Put RainMod.cs in CLEO folder.
Put RainMod.txd in models/txd folder.
Screen particles only show when weather is rainy.
PM me for bugs/comments/suggestions.
