So first PM to 13AG and Link2012 and ask them if they want to see their Project 2dfx and Modloader mixed with shitty ENB settings. Tell them, that you've shared both modifications without any readme files or credits inside your mod. And then come back here to tell us about mod distribution rules.
I swear, no one will share this shit around, so there is no need for you to worry about this. BTW, maybe some kids from Colombia or Venezuela or Poland will do this... But it is just because they are you brothers of mind.
You even have no idea who is the authors of the scripts you've mixed together, asshole.
