You didn't check? Your car is not tunable or not? It's very easy to check whether a car is tunable or not, just add the tuning lines to the car's section in carmods.dat (in our case its peren).
Then run the game, spawn the car and take it to Modshop (Transfender) and see if the parts of the list can be install on the car. If the parts are shown on the car after selected them,
it means the car is tunable. If no parts shown on the car after selected them from the list, and the game suddenly crashed or freeze after selected the parts, it means the car isn't tunable!
So next time check your cars, whether its tunable or not, before release. And always mention about tuning, if the car is tunable then mention a line like "Fully tunable" in the description. If the car isn't tunable, then no need to mention!
BTW, currently I don't have ZModeler or other 3D Tool to edit cars, so I will try to add tuning compability to your soon...
