and To fix effects use any effects mod and the bike are not in hq as to manage with even 512 mb ram phones that's why they are low poly and position is mistake of original model authors in description

Most of these bikes are bad..

I've already install it as your instruction, the texture goes to txd.txt instead gta3.txt , and here it is, most of the bikes have incorrect animation and incorrect hand position.
