Pilatus PC-12 adapted to Al_planes 1.1 CLEO script and ImVehFT 2.1.1

- Now the flaps are set to 30°
- Added rotor blur (for SilentPatch)
- Better position of the player in the cockpit
- Better landing lights at night
- Fixed night textures issues when enbseries is enabled
- Fixed some transparency issues with the fuselage windows
- Very small corrections in the textures of the illuminated panel
- Now the illuminated panels are ON during the day (with the respective textures of the day)
- Added 2 new liveries

- Some limit adjuster to increase the memory of GTA SA

Including different options:

Option 1: Pilatus PC-12 with 2DFX lights, you need install the attached particle.txd file from this mod (adapted to custom textures)

Option 2: Pilatus PC-12 with 2DFX lights, you need unmodified particle.txd file or original coronastar texture in your particle.txd (adapted to original textures and other textures)

Option 3: Pilatus PC-12 without 2DFX lights

This mod was tested on:

-GTA SA 1.0
-GTA SA 1.0 with SA-MP (private server)
-GTA SA 1.0 with GTA: Underground 3 + 3.2 update (not recommended with this mod)

Tested with old enbseries and with new enbseries to MMGE 2.0 (no tested with DirectX 2.0, MMGE 3, Renderhook)

Issues:
-Player enter to plane in not realistic position, i tried put the shamal animation and coach (at400) for doors, but is worse
-Player legs cross some parts of the cockpit when is sit due to animation of GTA SA
-The rotor blur has some bugs, a transparency issue with the smoke and the blur doesn't match with the main rotor properly at some speeds
