Restored Death Sounds For GTAIV

This mod restores the cut GTAIV death sounds and turns the 6th one into a busted sound since it fits
This is my first mod made for GTAIV so if something doesn't work as intended or if there are any bugs it would be appreciated if they are noted
Also the sounds can be changed to your liking as long as the names remain the same and none of them are deleted

NOTE:Requires Script Hook and the sounds folder (Containing the wav sounds) has to be inside the scripts folder alongside the chosen DLL
