GTAIV mod by metalwars
Neon City IV for GTAIV & EFLC
From Cyberpunk Inspiration
I spent a lot of time to make Neon City Mod for GTA IV
I put every single neon line to every building at Star Junction (Times Square): manhat09.img
Works with LOD & Super LOD building too
Emissive neon texture visible when day & night time
Installation:
- OpenIV: Replace "manhat09.img" files into /pc/data/maps/manhat/
Recommended Install Blimp & Spotlights mod
Install only Blimp & manhat07:
https://www.gtainside.com/en/gta4/maps/171831-blimp-amp-spotlights/
Note:
- Back up first the files !!!
