GTA IV NOOSE PATRIOT
The NOOSE Patriot is essentially based on the Patriot SUV used by the LCPD and NOOSE police team in Liberty City, loosely based on Department of Homeland Security vehicles, specifically an amalgamation of Border Patrol liveries and the Transportation Security Administration

@GustavoCairac I tried several variants of Handling and vehicles.ide in the Patriot I made, but I couldn't find the right one, finally I chose this one that convinced me the most, I'm going to try to reupload the mod as V2 and try to fix some bugs in the car and uploading to the page
