MissLiberty/WTC/EmpireState

This one was a very challenging one to make happen, but I did; it's far from perfect.
Still has that WTC issue with upstate mod, but still works with upstate mod.
WAS VERY DIFFICULT TO GET THE SLOD CONFIGURED.
The lights on the empire state building do not work, if you can get them to work, please let me know.
I attempted to shorten the height of the empire state building through blender but could not do so, if you can do so, please let me know.

I added a gta3.dat file for the liberty folder so you shouldn't have to add the lines but incase you do here you go.
IDE DATA\MAPS\MISSLIB.IDE
IPL DATA\MAPS\MISSLIB.IPL
COLFILE 0 DATA\MAPS\MISSLIB.COL

Installation:

Simply install the MOD, unzip the file with winrar or 7zip into your modloader within your GTA 3 directory.
Ensure both WTC folder and Miss Liberty folder are in your modloader folde within your GTA 3 directory.

launch game.
